Dr. Tom believes it’s not what you add that’s going to change your circumstances, it’s what you take away. Most of us already have all the knowledge and skills we need to become a success, we just need to stop doing the things that are sabotaging our results.
As a chiropractor for 20 years, Dr. Tom Preston’s practice was seeing about 1000 patients per week with a 4 week waiting list, in a small city in Northern Canada.
It wasn’t until his coach asked, “when is enough, enough” did he really start to define what success meant to him.
This began the path toward major shifts in how he approached his personal and professional life. Cutting hours at practice so he never had to miss a family dinner, taking 10 weeks vacation per year, and hiring an associate were all part of the changes needed to be made to create the life in his ideal – his definition of success.
Founding Full Circle Coaching and Consulting over 20 years ago, Dr. Tom and his team of chiropractic coaches help other docs define and design what the word “success” really means for them from their authentic core values.
