http://www.cartersvillechiro.com/ In this video Dr. Steven Garber a Cartersville Georgia chiropractor demonstrates a chiropractic adjustment to a 2 month old infant. According to the Mother of the child, the infant has been in distress for 90% of each day for the past 2 months. Constant crying and needing to be held and comforted or breast fed to calm the child down. The child’s MD suspected acid re-flux however the medication prescribed for this did not help. The mother of the child was at her wits end as what to do and was recommended to the office of Dr. Steven Garber to see if gentle chiropractic care might help the child. The results of the first adjustment were very positive and on this video Dr. Steven Garber demonstrates the second adjustment.

Thanks For Watching “UNBELIEVABLE!! NOT TAUGHT IN CHIROPRACTIC SCHOOL* Loud Cracks * Emotional Release*”
Here are the Case Notes…
Based on my count of trigger points, Sarah will most likely be diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Unfortunately this is a diagnosis that simply means “Pain in the muscle fibers.” It is usually complicated by adrenal, thyroid and immune function.
There is no blood test or diagnostic imaging for fibromyalgia. Once you’ve ruled out autoimmune and other dysfunction, if a patient has the 11 trigger points then they earn the diagnosis. But the option for patients are limited in western medicine.
There is certainly an inflammatory condition happening here but it is not isolated to the muscles. She also has joint inflammation (arthritis) and tendon inflammation (tendinitis). It’s also possible her bladder infections are not infections, but also part of an inflammatory condition.
If blood tests do not reveal a common autoimmune condition, we will most likely explore some of the more rare causes of autoimmune conditions.
From a chiropractic standpoint this video reveals a supine occiput lift and a leg length neck diagnostic procedure never seen on this channel before.
Going deeper into the “Not Taught in Chiropractic School” I reveal the ancient pulse reading technique of both Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine. I use a blend of the two. From her pulse reading I was able to determine that she 1) Had irregular (mostly slow) digestion 2) Normal menstrual flow and the most obvious 3) Urinary bladder dysfunction.
pretty neat right?
Going even DEEPER… A rare glimpse into the intuitive practice that my late mentor passed down to me… the art of identifying mental and emotional processes through the physical body.
Does she have arthritis in her thumbs? Sure. But there is obviously something much deeper going on in her lifestyle and it appears that the reading was accurate.
It never ceases to amaze me how interconnected and interrelated our mind, body and spirits appear to be.

Dr. Andy Schwert, D.C. demonstrates a unique acupuncture treatment for Casie Shepherd, current pro bodybuilder on the IFBB circuit. Because of the workout volume that Casie goes through working towards an upcoming competition, it’s important that there are no structural imbalances in any skeleto-muscular region of her body. The electrolysis treatment featured in this video will allow her to be completely mobile and fluid in both her workout mechanics, but more importantly for her posing practices for when she eventually hits the stage.
Casie is currently eight weeks away from competing in the IFBB / NPC Midwest Omaha Pro event, and is coming in to West End Chiropractic routinely to work on her scapular and shoulder mobility, helping to open up the shoulders and back for extra engagement during strength training.
As Dr. Andy describes during the video, a high volume of strength training often leads to protracting of the scapula; causes them to rotate outward and upward over the course of repeated workouts and muscle engagement. When that starts to occur, it affects the surrounding muscles’ ability to fire optimally, which can in turn affect overall performance and mobility. This is of particular concern to a competitive bodybuilder such as Casie, because full mobility is needed for the best performance during posing on stage.
In addition to shoulder work, Dr. Andy directs attention towards the ‘TL Junction,’ the area between the thoracic and lumbar spine. This is another area that takes a heavy amount of stress during strength training, making it imperative to keep perfectly aligned for someone like Casie.
