This is my 8th rental property. Purchased for ,500 with seller paying ,000 in seller paid closing costs. The home was rented for ,400 a month after a ,000 rehab. This was a Fannie Mae Homepath purchase.

I am now up to 16 rentals and this was one of my better deals. The house is now worth close to 0,000 three years later thanks to getting a great deal and our crazy market in Colorado.

I actually bought this for 8,000, I was wrong in the video. It has a lot of original trim, doors, and windows. It will be a very cool house when we are done and worth over 5,000. It needs quite a bit of repairs after a water leak in the bathroom on the second floor. It should take from ,000 to ,000 in repairs depending on how much work we decide to do.

This house was bought for 5,000 and need minimal work to sell. However, the home only has one bedroom on the main floor and we may finish the attic to add more bedrooms. The attic has a staircase that is almost workable but would need some work as well. The home has hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, a lot of original trim, and is very close a popular park and the local college.
