40 thoughts on “Towson Chiropractor Knee Adjustment”

  1. I got knee bared in jiu jitsu, pretty much hyper extending my leg forward until it popped. Since then the arching pain has gone away, but now about 3 months later i still feel pain on the backside of my knee whenever I crouch or sit on my knees. Any recommendations?

  2. Doctor, what would be your solution to an inward knee because I hyperextended my knee when I was hit from behind playing football and my leg folded down and my knee went in further than it’s intended and I heard about three cracks, but nothing was broken. Just an insane sprain. But it feels like I have no muscle above and inward on my knee cap? Any assessments? And also, this happened many many years ago and it’s becoming more and more noticeable as I walk and work out

  3. I just hurt my left knee this past Saturday playing soccer and I heard a pop in my knee when it happened. It hurt a lot initially, but the pain has gone down to the point that it doesn't hurt if I leave my leg straight and resting. But it still feels stiff if I try to bend it and it is slightly swollen. When I tried to walk my knee feels weak and bends inward. I'm no expert by any means, but I feel as if the bottom part of my leg is rotated to the left to the point that my foot points outward. I would love to get your opinion on it and if possible even be able to come in and have you look at it yourself

  4. Could knee discomfort from an old injury be fixed by a chiropractor? No pain however not as strong as my other leg and gets tired easier.

  5. I've been having mild to extreme pain in my knees varying from during or after exercise to even just walking.
I had growth spurts and so my doctor suggested growing pains but they have been bad for over a year and a half, often getting better and deteriorating again. What is your opinion on treating it, and what the issue is? (I live in the UK otherwise I would love to have an examination)
I also started having more regular exercise

  6. Doc, I have a question about my knee I am 18 years old I been playing sports for half my life and just 2 years ago during my football season I started getting pains on my knee under my knee cap I haven't gotten it checked out I usually just play through the pain and now having trouble running and bending it. Is there anything. I can do ? To help out . I

  7. Hey guys, loving the videos; extremely well done. I've had an MRI that revealed a meniscus tear, and partial tears to both my ACL and MCL. Surgery is on my to-do list, but my current job situation won't allow me to take the necessary time off to get it done correctly. Do you think getting some chiropractic work done would help manage the stiffness?

  8. question ive had a mcl tear acl tear and a lateral tear in my lcl its been over a year now and im still having trouble with my knee being good and stable i find it almost buckling sometimes idk if its still my mcl

  9. I currently have the same type of pain. I have a tightness behind my right knee and and some pain on the side of my knee. I wish I was in your area. I am currently in the Norfolk ,VA area. Would you happen to have a recommendation on where I can go? Would really like to see if an adjustment will help.

  10. I cant bend my leg inside all the way. I feel some sort of blockage and I also tore my mcl(grade 1) and i feel the pain on the internal side of my knee but it hurts at the twisting of it. I should also mention the only way my leg bends all the way inside is if i point my foot externally and then push. However, as soon as i let go of my foot(while my leg still held in position) i feel pain/blockage and i have to release my leg. Do you think it has anything to with the poplitious muscle?

  11. What is that knee adjustment for and what are you adjusting exactly? Not the active release but the last adjustment

  12. Straight under the kneecap hurts only when I run and put pressure on my right leg, so much so that I have had to gallop of sorts to not put pressure on the knee. Im a senior in high school and this pain just started after my last wrestling season. Thoughts?
Great videos. Best for chiropractors I would say.

  13. I have osgoodshlater disease how ever u spell it. I can't put pressure on it when I touch any advise? And when I bend my neck forwards I get strain and tightness in the middle and top of my back

  14. i had a torn cartilage (interior) and had part of it remove to stop it getting trapped between my bones and cause the pain. but i cant kick a ball any more due t pain when kicking.
    would chiro help?

  15. Just had Thanksgiving and my daughter in law had surgery on corporal tunnel syndrome on Wed. day before and I just found out she died a few hours ago leaving an autistic young son and husband.  She had no heart problems, no reason to die, but she did.  I pleaded with my son to please have her seek a Chiropractor for help first.  They poof poofed me.  She was only mid 40's.  NO ONE should go under a knife, without seeking all other means.  My heart is broken, we had such hopes for the future!

  16. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and my Dr wants to do surgery. Your video gave me reassured me that surgery isn’t the solution. Currently going to physical therapy, which has helped me gain more strength in my hand.

  17. Simple touch to exercise and it's really great to be blessed to do and well Feeling… worth it…
    Thank you…

  18. hi Doctor, my wrist is not bending inside…once i had fallen down and my weight on my wrist while falling …..it little pain if i force to band it inside. how to solve it.

  19. I have a bone that popped out of place rite below my wrist about 2” from my pointing finger knuckle . It happened when I was punching the punching bag 😒 it hurts like crazy at times . My have to get it checked out

  20. You said the tingling and numbness happens in your thumb, pointer and middle finger, but I have the tingling from my elbow to my ring and pinky finger. Could this be CTS or something else?

  21. My Boyfriend had the surgery 7 weeks ago , he is still having the pain, the therapist is having him do neck exercises when is doing absolutely nothing for his pain, he has been doing this over a week. Heat gives a small relief of pain

  22. Hi,

Could you please confirm if there is any other treatment without chariopracito as I am in India and I do not see any chariopracito here. I feel numbness in my hand once in a week. May be I can do something on my own or with help of my family member.

    Thanks
    Jatinder

  23. when i play drums my hand goes to sleep, also have soreness on top of my hand above the carpal area and where the nerve comes thru the wrist,

  24. Hi, I've been having some pain on the pinky side of my right arm. It hurts right where the hand and wrist meet. Is this carpal tunnel? I lift 3 times a week and I believe I hurt it doing straight bar bicep curls/chins ups. Are there any exercises I can do to strengthen and heal it?

  25. Ive gone to a chiropractor that does ART and graston and my thumb, pointer, and middle finger still have numbness and pain in the base of my palm. When i put any type of pressure on my palm such as a push up, bench press….it shoots pain through my palm starting at the base and into my pointer finer. Its keeping me up at night and there isn't any position that i can sleep in without it going numb somehow. Ive had my neck x-rayed and there is no sign of a pinched nerve or any type of degeneration or disc injury and i have also had my wrist x-rayed and there is no fracture/break. Getting desperate here….its keeping me from getting good rest and my training. Any suggestions? Thanks

  26. I've been studying exercises to lessen carpal tunnel syndrome pain and discovered a great resource at Dariks Pain Destroyer (google it if you are interested)

  27. Really gréât vidéo. I Broke my wrist and After the operation i continue to have some pain. I think you have the solution

  28. My left hand index finger is sometimes numb and when i straighten my left arm i get a pulling feeling/ a little pain from the top of my forearm to the elbow area. I've told my doctor who said i have CT and only prescribed me a wrist brace to wear. I was wondering if there was more i could do as its been a few months and i haven't fully recovered yet. Thank you very much for your time.
