If you have been suffering from the disease of addiction, we understand your pain.

Finding the right treatment to suit your needs can be difficult and time consuming.

With so many options to choose from, you may be left overwhelmed soon after you begin your search.

You want to pick the option that is going to give you the best results, but how do you know what kind of treatment program is best for you?

Recovery in motion invites you to consider our residential rehab program.

If you have a long-established addiction of many years with chronic relapses, a residential rehab program is going to always be the best option to choose.

You will have the opportunity to feel safe and protected from the outside world while you are participating in evidence-based therapies and learning new skills.

Residential treatment programs offer a therapeutic environment where you have more structure, accountability, and support.

To some, going into residential rehab might seem excessive.

But the truth is, residential treatment is by far the best and most effective option for long-term healing from a substance use disorder.

The time that you spend at a residential treatment facility, which is usually no more than 90 days depending on your needs, is nothing compared to the years it adds to your future.

And If you have a history of frequent relapse, it’s going to be your best option.

While outpatient works for some it is unlikely to work for those who have a long-established, serious, and life-threatening problem.

Many people who chronically relapse don’t make it through the outpatient program because they are still returning home at night and the temptation to use is too great.

In a residential rehab facility, you’ll be able to stay in the treatment center during the most critical time of early recovery.

Unfortunately, your regular home environment may be the number one source of triggers and cravings.

If you remove yourself from that environment, you can learn more healthy patterns and prepare yourself with coping skills if you must return once treatment is over.

Of course, there are other triggers than those that are associated with environment however, being in a new environment can be the fresh start that you need.

Sometimes it helps to get away so that you can get better.

At Recovery In Motion, we can help you.

Residential rehab can also help you learn to live a healthier, more structured lifestyle.

Addiction has a way of making life chaotic and unpredictable.

A part of getting better is learning how to live a stable structured life.

It’s one of the most important things to learn in recovery.

Residential rehab can help you start this process of change and focus on your recovery in a safe environment, which gives you a higher change of staying sober when you leave.

Not to mention, the lifesaving support from clinicians and staff that can help keep you on the right track.

Residential rehab is also effective when it comes to accessing your mental health.

If you think that you may be suffering from a co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder, you will have a chance to be closely monitored by clinicians who can accurately diagnose you.

If you have already been diagnosed with a mental health disorder, our team of therapists and counselors can help develop a treatment plan to address your symptoms and improve your life.

No matter the case, Recovery in motion’s residential rehab program can help you get to the root of your addiction.

Whether it be underlying mental health issues, trauma, or other hurts that have happened to you in your life, we look forward to helping you heal.

We can provide you with the therapeutic environment you need to overcome your addiction.

It is our mission to make the best care and treatment available for those who need it.

Even if they do not have the ability to pay a large sum for treatment.

If you are interested in getting help today with recovery in motion, pick up the phone and give us a call.

We are standing by ready to help you get on the path to a new more fulfilling life.

In this video a former therapist at Castle Craig rehab clinic says that outpatient addiction treatment “can work” but it often fails because “the disease is more powerful than the individual”.

Tom Bruce describes the process whereby addicted people “create a persona that is not them” and then “feed that persona with alcohol and drugs. But it doesn’t last.”

He explains that effective addiction treatment is about “finding themselves”.

At Castle Craig we treat addiction as an illness, through our abstinence-based program which combines medical treatment, the 12 Step model, CBT, specialist and complementary therapies — as well as the community of other people in recovery.
